The code here available allows to extract features from bee wing images, provided that the landmarks are previously
marked on tpsDig2 software.
The output will be a .csv file compatible with WEKA software. This code can be freely used and modified,
provided that our work is appropriately cited.

This file contains the code used in our article and the training set.
– You will need MATLAB to run these codes. The results of our article were obtained in a Windows 7 environment,
some changes in the codification may be needed to use it in other environment.
